Proper identification of scientific samples is often a key objective of the research laboratory. The process of writing on sample tubes/containers can be messy and unreliable. It can also be difficult to find the time to access a computer and design a layout for expensive ink jet labels. This white tape with black print is ideal for label identification of any laboratory vessel for nearly any laboratory application. Standard label tapes can be autoclaved, boiled or even frozen to temperatures as low as -50˚C. Special Ultra-Low Temp label tapes are also available for storage in -80˚C environments or for liquid nitrogen applications.
Electron Microscopy Sciences Unisette™ Biopsy Cassettes in QuickLoad™ Stacks, White
Molded from a special high density acetal, these tissue cassettes for Leica and Sakura printers keep specimens safely submerged in liquid and are totally resistant to the chemical action of solvents used in histology laboratories. The efficient flow-through slots maximize fluid exchange and ensure proper drainage.
The one-piece snap-latch and hinge-lock design prevents early separation of base and lid and allows one-hand operation. Lids are attached in an open position for easy filling, but can be opened or closed as often as necessary and will always relock securely. The tab on the left front side makes opening easy. Lids are easily removed by pulling sideways. The anterior writing area is at a 35 degree angle.

Electron Microscopy Sciences Square Mesh Cassettes with Lids Packed Separate, Orange
Biopsy processing cassettes are similar to the slotted cassettes but have a 1 mm square mesh for small biopsies. Made from Acetyl Polymer, which is a special high density polymer that keeps specimens safely submerged in solution, these cassettes are totally resistant to most histological solvents and their slots offer maximum flow through for good fluid exchange and proper drainage.
The lids can be opened and closed as often as necessary and they always relock securely without danger of specimen loss. Large labeling areas are located on three sides of the cassette for your convenience.

Electron Microscopy Sciences Micromesh 1 Compartment Cassette, Aqua with Lid
Single compartment biopsy processing and embedding cassettes is made from acetyl polymer with1676 square openings (0.38 mm) that allow for a greatly improved fluid exchange without having to use the biopsy pads. The cassettes are totally resistant to the most histological chemicals and solvents.
Large anterior and posterior slots in both cassette and cover ensure that the Micromesh™ biopsy cassettes will sink rapidly (far better than cloth mesh cassettes). A large square compartment measuring 27 mm is perfect even for needle biopsies. The cover does not protrude above the cassette, a great space saving feature allowing more cassettes to be stacked in automatic labeling machines and tissue processors.

Natural, hard gelatin capsules. To be used as an embedding mold for water miscible resins, or resins which need to be cured by transmitted light.
